What you will be doing
* Effective coordination of Trustee Board and subcommittee meetings, supports policy processes, maintains accurate records, respond to internal and external enquiries.
* Working closely with staff, student trustees, and sabbatical officers
* Play an important role in upholding strong governance practices, enabling good decision-making, and supporting transparency and accountability across the Students\' Union.
Qualifications/ experience
* GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
* Experience of providing administrative support in a busy, customer-facing environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to a range of audiences
