Your Role
As a skilled Paediatric HCA, you’ll deliver compassionate, clinical care to a young child with complex needs in their home. Your responsibilities will include:
* Airway management (basic & advanced techniques)
* PEG feeding (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy)
* Managing seizures and dystonia
* Administering medication
* Providing personal care
* Supporting social and recreational engagement
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in complex care (children or adults)
* Confident in medication administration
* Skilled in PEG feeding and seizure/dystonia management
* Warm, bubbly personality with a calm and friendly approach
* Strong communication skills with families
* Committed to safeguarding and person‑centred care
* Full UK driving licence preferred (due to remote client locations)
