Role: Legionella Remedial Plumber
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: London Area
At Mitie, our people are our greatest strength, and our promise is to create a place to work where you can thrive and be your best every day. We’re looking for a Legionella Remedial Plumber who will deliver essential compliance, monitoring, and plumbing services across a variety of client sites.
Role Responsibilities
* Carry out a range of monitoring, one‑off remedial cleaning, chemical testing, and minor plumbing tasks.
* Work across a wide mix of client sites to meet agreed requirements of the Legionella control programme.
* Maintain customers’ water‑safe logbooks in line with the Approved Code of Practice (ACoP) L8 and company guidelines.
* Take water samples from multiple sector properties and document them in accordance with the Water Technical Manual.
* Complete all documentation in a timely manner, following up any paperwork relating to customer queries.
Required Qualifications
* NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing with 4+ years of experience.
* Experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment (training provided).
* Basic IT skills, preferably with Microsoft applications.
