We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Assistant Works Manager to join our busy team. You will need to have had previous experience from a manufacturing or Production background. This is a varied and fast-paced role, offering the right candidate the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing fitting crews and supporting with day-to-day coordination
- Checking project details and ensuring smooth execution
- Organising deliveries and managing on-site logistics
- Assisting in setting work schedules
- Collating job information and preparing job cards
- Arranging and off-hiring site equipment as needed
- Assisting with material purchasing and checking in deliveries
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A hands-on, flexible approach to work
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Prior experience in a similar role
- A team-player mentality with a positive, can-do attitude
Salary: £13 - £15 per hour, dependent on experience
Hours: 40 per week
Monday to Thursday: 8am - 4:30pm, Friday: 8am - 3:30pm
