Role Description
We are hiring a Web3 Fund Associate to support investment research, ecosystem analysis, and strategic initiatives across cryptocurrency markets and blockchain ecosystems. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in the United Kingdom. The position focuses on evaluating Web3 projects, analyzing market trends, monitoring ecosystem developments, and supporting research initiatives related to digital assets and decentralized technologies. The ideal candidate actively follows cryptocurrency markets, understands blockchain ecosystems, and has strong interest in Web3 innovation, decentralized finance, and emerging digital asset opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Conduct research on blockchain projects, cryptocurrency markets, and emerging Web3 sectors
* Analyze ecosystem growth, token performance, user adoption trends, and digital asset market activity
* Monitor developments across decentralized applications, Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks, DeFi protocols, and blockchain infrastructure projects
* Track on-chain activity including wallet participation, transaction trends, and ecosystem engagement metrics
* Prepare research reports, investment memos, market intelligence updates, and strategic analysis presentations
* Evaluate tokenomics, protocol adoption, and growth opportunities across blockchain networks
* Identify emerging Web3 trends, digital asset opportunities, and innovative blockchain projects
* Support strategic initiatives related to ecosystem development, market intelligence, and digital asset research
* Collaborate with internal teams on blockchain research, market analysis, and ecosystem-focused projects
Qualifications
* Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, Web3 ecosystems, and digital asset markets
* Active engagement with crypto wallets, exchanges, decentralized applications, or blockchain communities
* Understanding of tokenomics, decentralized finance, blockchain infrastructure, and market dynamics
* Familiarity with blockchain explorers, Dune Analytics, Nansen, Glassnode, or similar research tools is a plus
* Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking abilities
* Excellent written communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Background in finance, economics, business, technology, or related fields is preferred

Compensation
Salary range: £75,000 - £90,000 GBP per year depending on experience
