About the Role We're looking for a creative and skilled Bakery Development Chef to lead the development of innovative, high-quality bakery products. You'll be responsible for taking ideas from concept through to launch, ensuring products meet quality, consistency, and commercial standards. Working closely with the NPD, Production, Technical, and Quality teams, you’ll manage trials, support factory handovers, source new ingredients, and train staff on new processes. You’ll also benchmark products, drive continuous improvement, and help maintain compliance with food safety and BRC standards.
