Hours: Panama Shift Pattern (2-2-3) | 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am
iSQ Recruitment is working with a leading UK food manufacturer to recruit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a highly automated production facility in Leicestershire.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that continues to invest heavily in its people, facilities and engineering function. You'll be working on modern production equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting both planned and reactive maintenance activities while contributing to continuous improvement projects.

Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance
Electrical and mechanical fault finding
Support continuous improvement projects
Identify root causes of equipment failures
Maintain production machinery and processing equipment
Complete maintenance records and documentation
Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime
Support engineering apprentices and team development Key Criteria
NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds Level 3 Engineering qualification
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Multi-skilled maintenance engineer within a production or manufacturing environment
Food manufacturing experience is essential
Strong electrical fault-finding skills
Experience working with single and three-phase systems
Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
PLC fault-finding experience desirable
