In this critical role, you'll drive strategic capability-building initiatives that enhance how new product projects are delivered streamlining systems, improving workflows, and empowering project managers across the business. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and develop NPD project management capabilities across the region. Lead capability-building projects aligned to business priorities. Optimise tools, systems (e.g. SAP), and ways of working for improved delivery. Embed change initiatives through strong stakeholder engagement. Build frameworks for effective resource prioritisation and portfolio planning. Champion data quality, reporting and performance KPIs. Line manage and inspire a small team of professionals. What You’ll Bring Strong project management experience within supply chain, innovation or manufacturing. Continuous improvement mindset, passionate about optimising processes through system and technical advances. Excellent stakeholder and change management skills. Proficiency with data and systems (SAP, Excel, Power BI) Proven experience in process optimisation and operational efficiency. Team leadership experience with the ability to drive a performance culture. A strategic mindset coupled with hands-on execution skills. Desirable Qualifications Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field. Six Sigma Green Belt Experience with PLM systems or innovation management tools.
