We have a temporary opportunity based on the outskirts of Hereford, for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, energetic and keen to learn individual.
We are looking for a motivated Administration / Stores Assistant to support our team.
This position offers hands-on experience across a variety of tasks vital to the smooth operation of the business.
You must be proactive, intelligent and a hard-working individual, with experience using Microsoft platforms, looking to join a small team of experts where you can expand your skills.
Ideally with an interest in working within the Defence and Law Enforcement Industry.
The role would suit a practical, enthusiastic and motivated individual, with strong practical and organisational skills, someone who enjoys multitasking, you will coordinate with the management team and engage in planning according to the needs of the company.

The Candidate must be diligent, discreet, and professional, with a high respect and understanding for Client confidentiality.
Primary responsibilities:
Ensure all customer requirements are met within the contacted delivery dates.
You will play a crucial role ensuring customers receive their orders within lead time and general warehouse administrative tasks
Stores & Admin Support:
* Previous experience in a warehouse office environment beneficial
· Booking in deliveries and ensuring accurate documentation is collected
· Counting and managing inventory
· Assisting with stock updates and general administration duties
· Maintaining records – good knowledge of Excel required
· Kitting components ready for production
· Managing Suppliers and Lead-times
· Assist with Shipping documentation and arranging Transportation
· General Office Administration
Minimum requirements:
· Computer literate – Microsoft Word and Excel - Essential
· Good phone etiquette and experience of dealing with Suppliers and Customers
· Strong work ethic, professionalism, and respectful of confidentiality
· Strong accuracy and attention to detail – Essential
· Shipping or Export experience beneficial
· Fast learner – must hit the ground running
· Must hold full clean driver's licence and own vehicle due to location
· Any Ad Hoc duties as required by the Management team
This is an office-based role.
Immediate start required
Working hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 am – 14:00 pm
Job Types: Part-Time – temporary 3 months initial contract
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
