Your new organisation is well-established, employee-focussed with flexible working policies. They are looking for an experienced Head of IA to start within the next few months.
Your new role
The role leads the internal audit function, setting and delivering the risk‑based audit strategy, managing and developing the audit team, and providing independent assurance to senior leadership, the Auditmittee, and the Risk &pliancemittee. You would also chair the Internal Risk Managementmittee, oversee the Corporate Risk Register, and ensurepliance with Global Internal Audit Standards along with overseeing a small team.
What you'll need to succeed
We're seeking someone with experience leading an internal audit function or senior audit team, strong knowledge ofernance and risk frameworks, and the ability to influence at senior levels. A professional qualification (CMIIA, CIA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is essential; regulated industry experience is a plus.
What you'll get in return
