What We're Looking For We welcome applications from candidates with Early Years qualifications, including (but not limited to): Level 2 Certificate in Early Years Education & Childcare Level 3 Diploma in Childcare & Education (Early Years Educator) Level 3 NVQ in Children's Care, Learning & Development Level 2/3 Early Years Practitioner (EYP) Foundation Degree in Early Years It's ideal (but not essential) if you also hold Paediatric First Aid training.
