The Role
We're looking for skilled and motivated Manufacturing Operatives to join our team. You'll be required to operate both handle tools and manufacturing machines, Inc. Saws, crimpers and routers to assemble and glaze products to exacting standards - ensuring every unit is built to last and ready for delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
Assemble and glaze doors, windows, and patio doors
Follow production plans and quality procedures (S.I.C. and O.E.E.)
Minimise defects and build in quality at every stage
Support material flow and maintain a clean, safe workspace
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
Shift Patterns & Salary
Back Shift: Mon–Thurs 17:00–04:00 - £30,316.00 p.a.
What We're Looking For
Experience in manufacturing or fabrication (CNC, saws, crimpers preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to meet deadlines and follow technical instructions
Team-focused with excellent communication skills
Understanding of safety procedures in a production environment
