Utopian Professional Recruitment are delighted to be appointed to work in partnership with an incredible client who are looking to recruit a dedicated and highly organised Part Time Credit Control Administrator for their beautiful Edinburgh City Centre offices. This role is permanent, and working 20hrs per week, Monday to Friday 10-2pm. There is potential for some flexibility with the start and end times, but the role requires the successful candidate to work 5 days per week. The purpose of this role will be to assist the Credit Control Manager in ensuring the timely and effective collection of outstanding fees by maintaining contact with clients via email, telephone or letter. The Credit Control team help to resolve any queries raised relating to credit control internally and externally, liaising with Partners and fee-earners. You will support the Credit Control Manager with preparing entries for fee payments and cash allocation, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the function. To be considered for this opportunity, we are looking for the following: Previous Credit Control Administrator experience Excellent organisational skills Strong team player Confidentiality is essential along with excellent communication skills and a highly professional telephone manner.
