We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized staff member to join our Inamo Sukoshi team. We are hiring a Commis Chef for our Sukoshi brand.

What we look for in our Inamo Sukoshi Team Commis Chef:
* Have experience in cooking and food preparation.
* Chefs with a passion for Japanese and Pan-Asian food would be a priority.
* You will perform various tasks including quality control of food, ensuring food safety, leading food preparation, following preparation timelines, and food delivery distribution.
* Setting up your station and prepping for your shift.
* Maintaining high levels of cleanliness in all BOH areas by following kitchen opening and closing procedures.
* Working alongside talented chefs who will teach you to progress further! Our kitchen is where the magic begins; we will teach you to take pride in our amazing food.
* Ability to interact with the public in an enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
* A team player and great communicator with a positive can-do attitude.
* A caring individual who cares about others—our teams and guests—and is focused on creating a positive environment, encouraging exploration of the menu and trying new things.
* A passion for service, people, and fresh food.
* Ability to multitask and work quickly yet thoroughly. Responsible for daily shop opening and closing procedures.
