Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across multiple cafe locations, ensuring consistency and high standards.
Manage a diverse team, providing training and support to enhance performance.
Develop and implement innovative menus that cater to customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards.
Monitor financial performance and drive profitability through effective cost management.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
Analyse customer feedback and make improvements to enhance the cafe experience.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in cafe or restaurant management, ideally in a multi-site role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A passion for food and customer service.
Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
