Qualifications
* MRCGP
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal Skills
* Able to develop strong and effective working relationships
ADDITIONAL CRITERIA
* Full driving licence plus use of car
* Understanding of current NHS environment
* Awareness of current developments and initiatives in general medical practice
* Sound knowledge of clinical governance and clinical audit
* Sound understanding of QAIF policies and targets
Experience
* Competent in the provision of medical services
* Excellent clinical and non-clinical problem solving skills
* Able to work autonomously and within a multi disciplinary team
* Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload according to patient and service need
* Negotiation and Influencing skills
* Experience of providing general medical services in a primary care setting.
* Evidence of Continuous Professional Development both during interview and from application
