Leading the site team, this position involves managing the physical campus, coordinating preventative maintenance schedules, overseeing external contractors, and ensuring total compliance with health and safety, COSHH, and fire safety regulations. We need a hands-on manager dedicated to keeping the site secure, safe, and operational. Requirements * Essential: Direct previous experience in facilities management, premises coordination, or serving as a Head Caretaker within a UK school setting is a must.
