Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and fee earners within the conveyancing department. Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports related to property transactions. Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring excellent client care. Maintain and update case files and client records accurately. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties. Assist with billing, invoicing, and general office administration. Skills & Experience Required Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within conveyancing. Strong knowledge of property transaction processes and legal terminology.
