What will the role involve?
As part of our ongoing transformation and change of our culinary operation at Hand Picked Hotels, we are currently seeking an exceptional Executive Head Chef, to join our team at LHorizon Beach Hotel and Spa who can take the culinary operation forward, creating new menus and concepts to drive sales and take the culinary offering to new heights.
As Executive Head Chef you will guide a talented kitchen brigade in delivering consistently exceptional cuisine and warm, intuitive service, always placing our guests at the centre of every decision. Youll shape the rhythm of the departmentorganising daily operations with precision, inspiring your team to embrace continual improvement, and expressing your own culinary identity through thoughtful, distinctive menu development.
A natural leader, you foster a positive learning culture, make confident, well-judged decisions, and ensure a safe, healthy and engaging working environment through strong protocols and meaningful training. With a clear understanding of financial performance, including labour, forecasting and budgeting, you balance creativity with commercial awareness. Above all, you bring genuine passion and joy to your craft, helping create an environment where both guests and colleagues feel inspired to deliver service, excellence and consistency.
