Loyalty & Rewards Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in their office in Hemel Hempstead)
Contract: Outside IR35
Day rate: Up to £500 per day
Duration: Initial 6 months but will most likely extend

My client is well-known within the hospitality industry and urgently require an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major Loyalty & Rewards transformation programme. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to analyse business needs, map processes, define requirements, and support the delivery of cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business analysis activities across CRM, sales, and Loyalty & Rewards transformation workstreams.
Engage with senior stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements.
Analyse existing processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
Support testing, user adoption, and change management.
Produce high-quality documentation including process maps, data models, and project artefacts.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
Background in Hospitality or Retail strongly preferred.
Deep understanding of Loyalty & Rewards schemes
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating effectively with on-site and remote teams
