ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a creative and confident Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Daylesford Organic. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness and customer engagement across all marketing channels, with responsibility for the day-to-day management of our social media channels for Daylesford Organic. You will be critical to our growth and enhancing our positioning as an aspirational lifestyle brand while attracting new customers and fostering engagement and loyalty. This is a unique role, giving the opportunity to support marketing and social activity across the full breath of the Daylesford Organic business, encompassing retail, ecommerce and events. It is the perfect opportunity for a talented marketing professional and content creator with a love for the organic lifestyle, who embodies the Daylesford Organic values. Based at our Daylesford office in the Cotswolds, this role is full time, 40 hours per week, salary 30,000 - 35,000 per annum. RESPONSIBILITIES Social media management : managing and maintaining our social media accounts across all owned platforms (including, but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn) including regular monitoring of comments, messages and UGC. Content creation : plan, develop and capture engaging and relevant content for day-to-day output across our social channels, as briefed by the Senior Marketing Manager. Digital marketing : managing content across the Daylesford.com, ensuring menus, imagery, event listings and trading activities are always up to date. Strategy execution : collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to support the execution of the brand strategies across various channels, including digital, social media, email and PR. Marketing calendar : working cross-functionally with teams across the business to maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring accuracy of launch dates and communicating updates to all relevant teams in a timely manner. Budget support : monitoring and tracking marketing spend against team budgets and supporting the ongoing admin of budgets. Analysis : reporting across marketing activity on a weekly and monthly basis with clear 'wrap-reports' for activations. Communicating successes and learnings with relevant teams, ensuring KPIs are monitored and tracked against the marketing calendar. Market research & trends : Keep a finger on the pulse across marketing trends, conducting competitor analysis where relevant to identify trends, opportunities and potential threats. Use these insights to help inform the marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition. Creative ideation : Bring a creative and innovative approach to marketing initiatives and brand events, consistently feeding in ideas to engage and captivate target audiences. Collaboration : Working closely with other departments within The Bamford Collection, including NPD, buyers, events, operations and Guest Services. Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision. Inspire and empower our customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a lasting positive impact on the world. SKILLS YOU WILL BRING 3 years of relevant experience in social media or marketing roles. Passion for Daylesford Organic with an interest in organic produce, wellness trends and sustainable products. An in-depth knowledge of all social media platforms and scheduling tools. Knowledge of video editing software is required. Highly organised, adaptable and able to manage a range of fast-moving initiatives at once, keeping your manager and key stakeholders informed on project statuses. Strong stakeholder management, able to take information and present this in clear formats for relevant team member across various teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with incredible attention to detail. Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing and social strategies.
