Salary: G6 – starting salary £24,790 pro rata (actual salary £8,789) (pay award pending of 3.2%)

Hours: 15 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks)

Fixed term contract: from 01.09.2025 - 22.07.2027

Working pattern: all requests considered - to be agreed at interview.

Cotham School, a successful, vibrant and diverse 11-18 comprehensive school, wishes to appoint an experienced Administrator to join the Admin team in our busy school office and reception.

The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the school, including some reception duties. Applicants must have experience in all aspects of administration using Microsoft Office and Gmail; experience with Google Docs is desirable. Experience of SIMS or other school Management Information Systems would be highly advantageous, but full training will be provided.
