Job Overview

Responsibilities
* Build and maintain positive, therapeutic relationships with patients.
* Support young people with their daily care and treatment plans.
* Monitor wellbeing and record observations accurately.
* Assist with documentation and care planning.
* Support patients during times of emotional distress.
* Collaborate with colleagues, families, and external professionals.
* Carry out delegated clinical duties under the supervision of the Nurse in Charge.
* Engage fully with ongoing training and development.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
* Psychology degree.
Experience
* Experience working in a healthcare, social care, or education setting.
* Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, or autism.
