At Ark, all Support Practitioners are paid at least the Real Living Wage, currently £13.45 per hour (£25,947.47 pro rata).
After successfully completing your probation period, your hourly rate increases to £13.75 (£26,526.23 pro rata).

The Blairgowrie Service supports Adults to live a life which is supported and where people continue to have the level of independence they feel happy with in their lives.
One day you could be out supporting to Tesco and supporting with cooking and cleaning in the home.
The next you could be going for a nice walk by the Ericht, supporting someone to the cinema or on a holiday.

Communicate and work well with our supported people to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships.
Being responsible in supporting individuals throughout the activities, giving positive feedback and encouragement.
Updating and maintaining accurate records using a tablet on Arks Information Management system.
