GSL Education is currently looking for passionate and qualified MFL Teachers for our client schools across Watford, starting September 2025. Candidates with French, German, or Spanish as their first language are of particular interest.
As the successful MFL Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver GCSE and A-Level lessons that challenge students to exceed their expected grades.
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in schools.
* Aspire to be an ‘Outstanding’ teacher in all aspects of the role.
* Be a team player willing to contribute to the success of the school(s).
* Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
* Mark and assess work with detailed feedback to aid student progress.
* Hold an enhanced child workforce DBS registered with the online update service, or be willing to apply for a new one through GSL Education.
