Internal Sales Executive – Electrical Wholesale

We are a Harrow-based electrical wholesaler looking for an Internal Sales Executive / Telesales Executive. The role will be based in the office and involve a customer-facing trade counter position as well.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound B2B telesales calls to businesses that use our products.
* Manage accounts and establish long‑lasting relationships with existing customers.
* Serve customers on the trade floor and liaise with warehouse workers.
* Assist in all areas of the sales and operational processes as required.
Qualifications
* Outbound telesales experience.
* Experience selling to suitable decision makers.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience working for an electrical wholesaler.
* Trade counter experience desirable.
* Driving licence preferred but not essential.
Compensation and Working Hours
* Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience plus commission, profit share and other bonuses.
* 45 hours per week with potential overtime on Saturday mornings.
