IT Support – Hybrid
Our client is urgently looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst, with an understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, to join their team on a permanent basis.
To be considered for this role, you must have either knowledge, an understanding or experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
The position is hybrid, with 2-3 days on-site each week. You will provide general Level 1 & 2 IT support across the organisation, with a focus on supporting Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Shopify integrations.

IT Support – Key Skills:
1. Knowledge, an understanding, or experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
2. Experienced in 1st and 2nd Line IT Support
3. Experience with Windows OS, O365, Azure, Active Directory and ITIL
4. Ticketing systems experience
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
6. Good stakeholder management skills
7. Ability work independently and as part of a team
