Whatthe opportunity looks like:
TheMarket Specialist role is an operational customer serviceroleresponsible for ensuring that all aspects of customer orders areprocessed in a timely and accurate manner. Through yourorganisational and relationship building skills you will deliverexcellent customer service and engage effectively with bothinternal stakeholders and customer whilst embodying our companyvalues.
To accomplish this you will beenthusiastic adaptable and customer focused with excellentcommunication skills to drive and deliver excellent customerservice in a fast paced changing environment. You will becomfortable to challenge the status quo look for improvementopportunities and be driven to deliver excellence in this criticaloperational role through a valueadded approach to customer service.
* Act as the central point ofcontact for a set of allocatedaccounts.
* Monitoring of orders from account setup and point of order receipt until postdelivery ensuring allrequired elements are in place to facilitatedispatch.
* Completion of appropriatedocumentation in line with country and HMRC legislativerequirements.
* Liaise with internal functionsacross the Supply Chain including Production Warehousing and DemandPlanning as required with respect to availability of orders forproduction / dispatch.
* Build strongrelationships with customers through excellent communicationensuring all aspects of order fulfilment aresupported.
Skills andexperience that will help you be asuccess:
For this role werelooking for:
* Previous experiencewithin a Customer Operations / Customer Service role preferablywithin manufacturing or supply chainenvironment.
* A strong track record of providinga high level of customer service and administration consistentlydelivering accurate and professional levels of support to the widerbusiness.
* Working knowledge and understandingof Microsoft Office applications including Excel PowerPoint WordOutlook to an intermediate level.
