The Role
* You will advise a broad client base including retailers, manufacturers, leisure operators, infrastructure companies and major corporate occupiers across a variety of sectors.
* You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, due diligence and certificates of title.
* Supervise and mentor junior lawyers within the team.
* Work closely with partners on team management and client development.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with sophisticated occupier clients.
* Collaborate with colleagues across wider real estate and corporate teams.
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from Real Estate Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE.
* Strong experience in commercial property and corporate occupier work.
* Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
* Strong commercial awareness and excellent client management skills.
* A proactive and collaborative approach to team working.
