We're recruiting a Deputy Store Manager to join our Bodmin team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in running the store — driving performance, maintaining high standards, and leading your team by example. This is a hands‑on role where you'll be active on the shop floor, setting the pace and coaching your team to success.
What we're looking for
* Retail management experience in a fast‑paced, high‑turnover environment
* Proven ability to lead, coach and develop medium to large teams
* Strong commercial acumen and track record of hitting KPIs
* Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
* Experience in FMCG or big‑box retail is ideal, but not essential
