In this role, you’ll support our clients and work closely with the wider sales team, helping to build strong relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering excellent customer service to our clients
Speaking with customers and supporting them with enquiries
Working alongside the sales team to manage and grow accounts
Handling orders, administration, and documentation with accuracy
Using Microsoft Office tools to track information and support sales activities
Learning about our products and helping customers find the right solutions
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A-Level education or equivalent
* Strong numeracy and attention to detail
