An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Document Controller to join a major infrastructure and engineering programme based in Birmingham. This is an initial six-month contract with the potential for extensio
n.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project documentation and ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of records throughout the project lifecycle. Applicants must be willing to attend the office and site locations a minimum of three days per week and be prepared to travel when requir
ed.

* ion.Ensure documents comply with established templates, standards, and form
* ats.Perform quality and compliance checks before issuing documentat
* ion.Register and maintain documents within Electronic Document Management Systems (ED
* MS).Maintain document registers, trackers, and project reco
* rds.Manage the transfer of information between project stakeholders and external part
* ies.Ensure external contractors adhere to document control procedures and specificati
* ons.Prepare project reports and provide administrative support when requi
* red.Manage project files from initiation through to close-
* out.Maintain accurate database and log entries for tracking purpo
* ses.Deliver document control activities accurately and efficien

Essential Require
