Your Role
As a Support Worker, you will help individuals live as independently as possible while delivering compassionate, person-centred support.
Responsibilities may include:
Supporting individuals with daily living activities
Promoting independence and choice
Assisting with personal care where required
Supporting with community activities
Building positive relationships with service users
Following care plans and safeguarding procedures
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in Health & Social Care preferred
Passion for supporting vulnerable individuals
Reliable, compassionate and professional attitude
Right to work in the UK
Willingness to complete compliance and training
