Overview
Independent Mobility Assessors are able to work their hours flexibly across the working week and work under a hybrid model of both office based and home based. The majority of the work is desk based, with clinic based assessments in Stonehaven, Inverurie and Maud as required (usually one clinic per location per month).
Car ry out Independent Mobility Assessment (IMA) for the Blue Badge Scheme as determined by The Disabled Person's Parking Badges (Scotland) Act 2014.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the Organisation.

* Work flexibly across the week in a hybrid model (office based and home based).
* Cover clinic based assessments in Stonehaven, Inverurie and Maud as required (usually one clinic per location per month).
* Demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the Organisation.
Requirements
* Post is regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
* Preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check.
* If an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more outside the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required, and you will be required to provide this check.
* A confirmed offer of employment and commencement will be subject to satisfactory outcome of both pre-employment checks.
* Minimum requirement of two references, one of which must be your current or most recent employer.
