1. £13.26 per hour
2. Marlborough House, Craigavon
3. Monday to Friday (9.00 am – 5.00 pm)
4. 37 hours per week
5. Holidays: 35 days pro rata
6. Duration: Temporary, ongoing
What you'll be doing in this role:
7. Customer service queries via telephone and / or at the public counter.
8. Providing advice and guidance for the public across a comprehensive range of housing services.
9. Accurately diagnose and record repairs for Housing Executive tenants.
10. Work in partnership with others to resolve issues.
What you'll need for this role:
11. Have four GCSEs* (Level 2) including English and Maths, or equivalent qualification, plus at least one years’ relevant customer service or general administrative experience
12. Experience of direct delivery of relevant customer service to the public via telephone or face to face
13. Experience in dealing appropriately with customers in a challenging environment
14. Experience in using a range of computer packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook etc
