Planet Recruitment are proud to be working with a very well-respected telecommunications company, who are looking to add a Voice Provisioning Engineer to their team.
My client has a provisioning engineering team based in Gateshead which consists of highly skilled voice coordinators and technical engineers. In this position you will support internal & external teams, design and coordination of UCaaS solutions, SIP delivery, Complex orders, technical support & liaison with 3rd parties providing relevant products or services, delivering BAU or complex bespoke projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Project provisioning including remote system/site builds, user configuration, remote support, technical guidance to end users or engineers, project calls, escalations.
* On site installations. When required you will be expected to carry out installation of voice equipment on customers sites. This may include implementing of equipment in data centres or customer premises.
