Key Responsibilities Manage spare parts and equipment inventory, including sourcing, ordering, and coordinating delivery schedules with international couriers and customs to minimise plant downtime. Anticipate peak operational periods and organise the leasing and hiring of machinery and equipment from approved suppliers. Plan and oversee routine and reactive maintenance activities, creating in-house service schedules and liaising with external contractors as required. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rota, responding to breakdowns and implementing short-term solutions where parts or equipment are unavailable. Monitor plant performance and make operational adjustments, including remote monitoring and optimisation using SCADA systems. Conduct CO₂ quality testing using Carboscan and sensory laboratories, including testing samples from external customer sites.
