Description
Own day-to-day operations of Marketo and optimise workflows.
Manage lead lifecycle, scoring, and alerts to support revenue goals.
Collaborate with Operations to ensure Salesforce-Marketo data integrity.
Implement A/B testing and campaign optimisation strategies.
Support Account-Based Marketing pilots and personalised campaigns.
Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Own the lead management process within marketo & salesforceProfile
Proficient in Marketo and Salesforce.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
Experience with segmentation and dynamic content.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in building customer journey workflows
