As a Customer Support Officer, youll act as a key link between customers, internal teams, and project stakeholders. Youll support the smooth delivery of commissioned projects while ensuring customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the delivery of customer-focused projects and services
* Acting as a main point of contact for customer enquiries and project updates
* Coordinating tasks across internal teams to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery
* Monitoring project progress, schedules, and performance
* Identifying and managing risks, issues, and solutions

* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (MS Project desirable)
