Sales Negotiator – 5* developer!
Up to £29, basic, with a £55, OTE uncapped
Near Wilstead, Bedfordshire
A leading developer is on the hunt for an experienced and knowledgeable new homes sales negotiator to join them at a stunning site. This opportunity is perfect for a driven self-starter that can keep calm and organised under pressure, while providing a 5* customer journey.
You will be part of the Sales and Marketing team reporting directly to the Sales Manager. You will be expected to work weekends due to the nature of the role, with Thursday and Friday as your days off. You will be earning a competitive salary of up to £29, with a £55, OTE uncapped – this will be based on your sales, IFAs, customer satisfaction surveys, and recommending solicitors. Additionally, this role is offering paid mileage, quarterly and customer care bonuses, and there is money to be made on extras sold!
To be suitable for this role, you will already be an experienced Sales Negotiator who has a background and demonstrable history in this role for a house builder.
Applicants without the relevant experience working for a housebuilder as a new homes sales negotiator will be discounted
responsibilities include:
1. Meeting and greeting customers on site
2. Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
3. Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
4. Taking customers on viewings
5. Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
6. Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
7. Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.

key requirements:
13. You will have at least 1 years’ experience as a sales consultant for a housebuilder, housing association, developer or new homes estate agency
14. Motivated and results driven
15. Committed to delivering first class customer journey
16. Highly organised
17. Available to work weekends
18. Valid UK driving licence
