* Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, and Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
* Case management experience is desirable.
* You will handle a full and varied residential conveyancing caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, shared ownership, Right to Buy, transfers of equity and lease extensions.
* Reporting directly to the Head of Conveyancing, you will manage files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision. You will also demonstrate a proven ability to supervise and train junior members of the team where required.
* Additionally, you will generate fees in accordance with agreed targets and play an active role in business development and marketing initiatives.
* You will maintain knowledge and skills in compliance with SRA standards, CQS requirements and internal procedures, as well as demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development.
* The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including bereavement leave, company pension, employee discounts, a health and wellbeing programme, and a referral programme. You will be working with a hybrid pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
