🌟 What You'll Be Doing
📞 Delivering Exceptional Telephone Support
Providing a professional, friendly and understanding service
Handling queries, appointment changes, cancellations and general information requests
Communicating clearly with callers and internal colleagues
📅 Coordinating & Managing Appointments
Scheduling routine and priority appointments
Tracking individuals through their booking journey
Helping prevent delays by keeping workflows organised and up-to-date
🗂 Maintaining Accurate Information
Updating records on internal systems
Ensuring data is accurate, timely and compliant with internal guidelines
Following booking rules, processes and timelines
🏢 Supporting Daily Office Operations
Providing reception cover when needed
Sorting mail, photocopying, filing and general admin duties
Assisting with onsite enquiries and resolving issues when possible
👥 Team Support & Training
Assisting with the onboarding and guidance of new team members
Collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments
Suggesting and contributing to service improvements
💼 What We're Looking For
✨ Experience
Customer service or office‑based experience
Comfortable working in a busy, fast‑paced environment
Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
