Your Role
* Lead testing activities for a large-scale IT infrastructure migration program.
* Develop and implement robust test strategies, plans, and frameworks.
* Oversee planning, execution, and coordination across multiple teams.
* Manage and mentor test managers, leads, and engineers.
* Ensure quality assurance, governance, and compliance with standards.
* Communicate testing status, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders.
* Identify and mitigate risks related to testing and project timelines.
* Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.
Your Profile
* Proven leadership in managing large testing teams and complex programs.
* Strong background in test strategy, planning, and execution.
* Skilled in stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.
* Familiar with cloud migration, data center exit, and enterprise IT systems.
* Knowledge of QA governance, risk management, and compliance.
* Passionate about process optimization and test maturity enhancement.
* Adept at driving innovation and adopting emerging testing technologies.
