The Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Agricultural Service Technician to join a busy and well established agricultural machinery workshop. This role is ideal for a qualified technician who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and is passionate about supporting the agricultural industry.
You’ll play a vital role in maintaining and repairing agricultural machinery, ensuring customers receive first class technical support and service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to customers and colleagues
- Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining agricultural machinery
- Ensuring machinery is serviced to manufacturer specifications
- Supporting workshop and field based service operations
- Assisting with on call and out of hours support when required
- Maintaining high workshop standards and safe working practices
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and customers
The Candidate:
- A recognised apprenticeship or qualification in machinery servicing and repair
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge
- Experience working with agricultural machinery or similar equipment
- Diagnostic and fault-finding experience
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
- Flexibility to support busy seasonal periods and occasional weekend work
- A full UK driving licence

All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
