Our client who a Global 3PL are recruiting a Solutions Design Manager role to support their large growth plans across the UK.
About the Role
The Solutions Design Manager will play a key role in driving innovative solutions and ensuring operational excellence. The company have a greater presence in the Midlands (mainly Northamptonshire) therefore a candidate located in this area would be most suitable however due to travel requitements to other sites across the UK other candidate locations will be considered.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement logistics solutions for clients.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
* Analise data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Manage project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications
* Relevant certifications are a plus.
Required Skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in project management.
* Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
