ROI Ltd is seeking two Business Development Managers (BDMs) to join our team for a 4-month project to support Kia UK's Roadshow events in October 2025. The roadshows will focus on promoting Kia's electric vehicles (EVs) and purpose-built vehicles (PBVs) to companies with large fleets.
The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Segmentation: Utilise Salesforce CRM national fleet data to segment and prioritise target audiences based on fleet size.
* Prospecting and Invitations: Conduct pre-marketing calls to personally invite high-priority decision-makers to VIP events at luxury locations. Send HTML invitations provided by Kia and track responses.
* Follow-up: Perform follow-up calls to businesses, focusing initially on those who have opened or clicked on the emails. Manually add confirmed attendees to Kia’s dedicated booking system.
* Event Coordination: Ensure a minimum of 40 businesses are represented at each regional event. Collaborate with marketing, IT, and customer service departments to ensure successful event execution.
* Post-Event Follow-up: Provide follow-up calls to all delegates to obtain feedback on each event.
What We’re Looking For
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Knowledge of the automotive industry and fleet management is a plus.
