Accountable for leading business critical projects within sales, the future digitalisation agenda for sales and sales input to the AC Planning process.
How you will contribute
1. Leading business critical sales projects or sales input including future M&A
2. Standalone role with critical stakeholders including UK MD, UK Sales Market & Category Planning Senior Director
3. Leading the future digitalisation agenda within Sales supporting the UK Digitalisation & Data lead and NE MDS lead to ensure we continue to drive excellence and continuous improvement post Camden in service of V30 and automating work
4. Inspiring and influencing cross functional, at times multi-regional teams and engaging both internal and external partners
5. Programme Management Responsibility as appropriate including risk assessment, escalation and budget controls
6. Line management of the Data & Digitilisation Manager

7. Excellent program management skills with experience leading and delivering large projects in multiple regions/markets
8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members

10. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to positively influence decision making
11. Focus on cost-effective innovation in program delivery
12. Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners
