Key Duties
* Lead and mentor a team of two company secretarial professionals
* Deliver end-to-end company secretarial support across a broad client portfolio
* Advise on share restructures, EMI/EIS schemes and governance matters
* Draft and amend Articles of Association
* Oversee digital and manual filings via Inform Direct and Companies House
Key Skills
* Proven experience in a company secretarial role, ideally within professional services
* Strong knowledge of corporate governance and share structures
* Confident managing filings and statutory registers
* Proactive leadership style and a drive for continuous improvement
