KeyResponsibilities:
Customer Acquisition:Proactively engage with potential customers interested in ourcuttingedge full fibre broadband service. This involves adeptlyconverting inbound calls reaching out to customers via WhatsApp andinitiating outbound calls to nurtureleads.
Relationship Building: Cultivate andmaintain strong relationships with potential customers to fostertrust and loyalty towards our brand.
SalesNegotiation and Closing: Utilise your negotiation prowess todiscuss pricing contract terms and effectively close deals withcustomers. Skillfully address any objections or challenges that mayarise during the sales process guiding customers seamlessly towardssuccessful signups.
Product Knowledge: Stayinformed about our broadband products and services to effectivelycommunicate their value proposition tocustomers.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistentlymeet or exceed assigned sales targets to drive business growth andsuccess.
Requirements
* PreviousSales Experience: While prior sales or telesales experience ispreferred we welcome candidates who demonstrate a strong aptitudefor sales and a passion for exceedingtargets.
* CommunicationSkills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsto effectively engage with customers and convey informationpersuasively.
