About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join a well-established and successful property team in Essex. This position is fully office-based (five days per week) and offers the chance to work in a dynamic, supportive, and professional environment.

The Role
As a key member of the property team, you will support fee earners with a broad range of legal and administrative responsibilities, including:
* Drafting legal documentation and correspondence under supervision
* Preparing SDLT and Land Registry forms accurately and efficiently
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties to progress transactions
* Time recording and maintaining well‑organised case files
* Providing typing and general administrative support to the department
Who They’re Looking For
* Previous experience as a Residential Property Paralegal
* Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and compliance requirements
* Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
* Good IT proficiency, including experience with electronic legal forms and case management systems
